Born in Thiene, Italy, in 1964, Eugenio Bassan is currently the CEO of Salvagnini America. He received his degree from the Università degli Studi di Padova in Italy in Mechanical Engineering. He joined Salvagnini in 1991, and has been CEO of Salvagnini America since 2002. Since 2008, he has also been the President of Salvagnini Mexico S de RL de CV, Monterrey–Mexico, and since 2010, he has been Director of the Board, Salvagnini do Brasil Ltda–São José dos Campos–Brazil. in 2013, he became President of Salvagnini Canada ULC–Mississauga–Canada.

He resides in Mason, Ohio.
